शुरूवात में घर पर पशु रखकर सिर्फ़ खेती करता था ,मेरे जीवन में परिवर्तन तब आया जब प्रणब मुखर्जी फ़ाऊंडेशन द्वारा मार्केटिंग जैसे विषय पर पारंगत प्रशिक्षण एवं शुरूवात में काफ़ी उपभोक्ता तक पहुँच बनवा देने से आज मैं एक सफल दूध , घी विक्रेता बन गया हूँ तथा दो अन्य व्यक्तियों को भी रोज़गार दे रहा हूँ ।

मेरी शादी के बाद मैं घर पर काम करती थी ,मेरी पोस्टग्रेजुशन काम नहीं आ रही थी , एक बार जब मुझे पता चला कि प्रणब मुखर्जी फ़ाऊंडेशन स्कूल में अध्यापक नियुक्त कर रहे हैं तो मैंने अप्लाई किया और मेरा सेलेक्शन हो गया ।
बाद में मुझे फ़ाऊंडेशन में 2 वर्ष के दौरान शिक्षण के साथ हैप्पीनैस क्लॉसेज , पर्सनालिटी डेवलपमेंट , मेंटल हेल्थ, स्मार्ट क्लॉस , तकनीकी कौशल के अलावा बेसलाईन सर्वे करने जैसी ट्रनिंग ली ।
मुझमें जो आत्मविश्वास आया उस पर परिवार को विश्वास हुआ और मैंने खुद का समयपुर गॉंव में कॉन्वेंट स्कूल खोल लिया और हमारा स्कूल सबसे अलग इसलिए है क्योंकि वो ट्रनिंग जो फ़ाऊंडेशन में ली उनको मैंने स्कूल में लागू किया -सोहना

हमारे गॉंव ताजनगर ज़िला गुरुग्राम में सेल्फ़ हेल्प ग्रुप तो बने हुए थे लेकिन उससे आगे बढ़ने के अवसर नहीं मिल रहे थे , प्रणब मुखर्जी फ़ाऊंडेशन के द्वारा दिए गए विभिन्न खाद्य पदार्थों के बनाने एवं उनकी मार्केटिंग के प्रशिक्षण से क़ाबिलियत हासिल कर आज मैं स्वयं की एक कम्पनी चला रही हूँ तथा मेरे प्रोडक्ट देश के अनेक हिस्सों में जा रहे हैं ।
एक आम गृहणी से आज मुझे प्रादेशिक स्तर पर कई अवार्ड मिल चुके हैं और अभी गुरुग्राम में आयोजित सरस मेले में मुझे मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल जी ने अवार्ड के तौर पर कार भेंट की ।

जेबीटी करने के बाद मैं घर पर ट्यूशन पढ़ाता था , स्कूल में नौकरी नहीं मिली फिर मैंने पीएमएफ में LRP के पद पर कार्य करने का मौक़ा मिला तथा मैंने इस दौरान मानसिक स्वास्थ्य , हैप्पीनैस , तकनीकी शिक्षण संबधी काफ़ी ट्रनिंग मिली ।
आज में अमेरिकन इंडिया फ़ाउंडेशन में कोर्डिनेटर पर काम कर रहा हूँ जिसमें पूरे नूंह ज़िले में से 100 से अधिक उम्मीदवारों में से मेरा सिलेक्शन हुआ । अब मैं पूरे ज़िले के स्कूल के बच्चों का कोर्डिनेशन करता हूँ ।
